Tom has over 24 years of civil engineering experience in civil site design, construction management, soil stabilization, construction inspection, and materials testing. He started his engineering career as a lab technician, working his way up through the various levels of responsibility to include project designer, project engineer, and project manager. Tom’s strong technical design abilities combined with his construction experience and communication skills ensure that all projects are managed with detail and care, delivering a quality product that is within scope, schedule, and budget.

Zack has over eight years of construction inspection and materials testing experience. He has worked on numerous state, federal, and privately developed projects. Creating a vast knowledge in Caltrans, AASHTO, and ASTM test methods for use in the field and laboratory. Zack has experience in several administrative duties, which include job proposal estimating, lab billing, project coordination, and final reporting. He has gained laboratory accreditations in AMRL, CCRL, Caltrans, and Division of State Architects.
